The Temple
Giac Hanh Buddhist Center was established in May 2018.
With the help of many lay practitioners, we were able to find and acquire a one-acre property in the city of Stockton, California. The main area of the house was converted to a small Dharma Hall, and additional rooms were constructed for new residents and visiting monastics.
Since 2018 we have made continuous improvements to the property, so we can provide a good environment for residents and lay practitioners to practice together. We hope to eventually be able to build a dedicated Dharma Hall and a meditation garden to offer a peaceful refuge for all.
